How Do I Use It?

Adding the Shampoo: Add shampoo to the foam tank at a 1/60 ratio. This ratio ensures the shampoo foams at the correct consistency and provides effective cleaning.

Adding Water: After adding the shampoo, add water to the foam tank. Warm or cold water is recommended, as hot water can affect the chemical composition of the shampoo.

Mixing Shampoo and Water: Thoroughly mix the shampoo and water. Close the foam tank securely and use the tank's mixing system to ensure the mixture is homogeneous. If there is no mixing system, you can also mix it manually.

Air Pressure Check: After preparing the shampoo mixture, check the air pressure of the machine. Most foam machines operate with a specific air pressure, typically between 4-6 bar. If the pressure is too low, the foam may not be dense enough.

Application: Once the mixture is ready, apply the shampoo mixture to your vehicle using a foam gun. To ensure the foam is spread evenly across the surface, move the gun continuously and spray slowly over each section of the vehicle.

Contact Time: Allow the foam to sit on the vehicle's surface for 2-3 minutes. This time will be sufficient for the dirt to soften. However, avoid applying it under direct sunlight, as the shampoo can dry quickly in the sun. The foam drying may leave stains on the surface and reduce its cleaning effectiveness.

Brushing: Perform the cleaning process using a sponge or plush cloth. These tools help the shampoo dissolve dirt and make cleaning more effective without damaging the vehicle's paint. Soft brushes and cloths prevent surface scratches during the cleaning process.

Rinsing: After cleaning each section of the vehicle, rinse it thoroughly with plenty of water. Ensure that all the foam is completely removed. Perform the rinsing carefully to make sure no residue is left on your vehicle.
